The message today made it clear that where our transgressions come from. The transgressions are produced when our sinful nature marries our not being absolute for God.
"The reason for our mistakes and transgressions is our not living for God. Because we are fallen, we are not for God absolutely. Since we were created by God, we should be absolutely for God, yet we are not. We may be for God to a great degree, but we are not for Him absolutely. Our not being absolutely for God indicates that we are still in a fallen situation. We are fallen, a fallen person is flesh, and this flesh is sin, which produces trespasses as the children, as the fruit. (Retrived from Life study of Leviticus, chapter 21, LSM)
Just realised even not being absolute for God can "help" produce transgressions. But what are our transgressions related to? In what occassions that we need to offer trespass offering? The four things listed in the bible have such significances concerning our Christian life.
The first item, not witnessing what we know, is actually a matter of lying. As we have pointed out, this involves Satan, the father of lies. Therefore, Satan is alluded to here.
The second item is death in three forms—wild, mild, and subtle. Death is the most hateful thing in the eyes of God. Death is spread in a wild way, in a gentle way, and in a subtle way. This is the real situation among God’s congregation in this age.
The third item is the natural life with its uncleanness. It is very common for Christians to walk and act in the natural life. Is the natural life not prevailing in today’s church life? Those who are sociable in a natural way are often well received, but those who walk in the spirit are often misunderstood. A great deal of the natural life can be seen among Christians and in God’s congregation today.
The fourth item is rash speaking. Those who speak rashly are quick to say whether or not they like a certain thing. These four things are listed by God as sins, and, as such, they need the trespass offering." (Retrived from Life study of Leviticus, chapter 21, LSM)
Coming back to the matter of not being absolute for God, this section helps us realise how much we also need to offer the burnt offering,

This is really our experience. I'm also reminded in my final essay writing stage, although I can claim that I'm busy so I'll love the Lord later or spend more time to live for Him later, the best opportunity for me to live for the Lord is today. Even in my busiest moment, I'm learning and exercising to live absolute for Him.
